The Wayne Finger Lakes BOCES P-TECH is located in Newark, NY. Students who attend this program starting in ninth grade can earn a high school diploma and an Associates Degree from Finger Lakes Community College. The professional skills and knowledge that they receive earns them employment after they graduate.
The degrees offered are: Instrumental and Control Technician, Mechanical Technology, Networking and Cybersecurity, and Web and Mobile Development.
Five of the classrooms have Modernfold Encore Acousti-Seal paired panel operable partitions. They have full height marker boards on both sides with recessed eraser/marker holders. These panels are hinged together in groups of two, which make them easy to set up. These walls are durable, have superior sound control (STC54) and practical for frequent use of the flexible space it creates.
There is a Modernfold Acousti-Clear (STC45) that allows for natural daylight to expand into a large classroom. This wall can be opened up so the space can be used for larger events.
