The new Hamilton Boathouse is located on the Erie Canal in Rome’s  Bellamy Harbor Park East.  This building contains a large area for boat storage,  meeting rooms, along with an operations area.

BR Johnson provided the Marvin Essential Fixed windows with a Stone White Finish and they were installed by Beebe Construction.

BR Johnson furnished and installed EFCO Thermal Storefront Framing with D502 Thermally Broken Wide Stile Doors at the vestibule as well as Series 403 and D500 Non-Thermal framing and doors at the two interior openings.

The glass is 1″insulated glass units with Solarban 70 on the #2 surface. The finish is Clear Anodized.

The BR Johnson PM was Evan Flynn.

“The new facility will afford our coaches and student-athletes the amenities necessary to enhance our already successful rowing program,” said Athletics Director Jon Hind ’80. “We have enjoyed our long partnership with the City of Rome, and we look forward to assisting with the development and programming of Bellamy Harbor Park.”
