Lofts at Globe Mill is the former historic Globe Woolen Company textile manufacturing complex built in 1872 and is being restored to new life as a 149-unit apartment living facility in the heart of Utica, New York’s Brewery District.
BR Johnson has provided numerous elements to the renovations, including aluminum windows to replicate the factory’s original steel windows, hundreds of aluminum-clad wood windows, aluminum storefront and curtain wall entryways, and composite panel siding.
