The Doyle Hardware building is an historic building originally built in 1881 as a clothing factory. Hueber-Breuer renovated and converted the building into premier industrial themed apartments and a restaurant.

BR Johnson replaced over 20 of the existing warped wood doors and frames on the building with fully weather stripped, insulated doors with insulated glass. Many of the doors were custom embossed to replicate the historical look for the building. The doors in front are hollow metal and frames. The new doors in back are aluminum with modern exit devices.
