The Collar City Lofts in Troy, NY was an historic shirt and collar factory built in the 1890’s. The architects, Architecture + wanted to keep the historic charm of the building and at the same time provide modern amenities.
BRJ replaced the old windows with Quaker Historic 500 Series Single Hung and fixed windows and the entrances with Kawneer doors. These large ornate windows bring in an incredible amount of natural light and views of the Hudson River.
