This $25 million project is located at Century Hill Plaza in Latham. Empire Blue Cross, a subsidiary of Anthem, Inc. moved its offices into these two 75 square-foot buildings in June of 2020. The two buildings are connected and 1 building has 3 floors and the other has 4.
These buildings have 7 Won-Door FG90’s in total. They are all 10’6” Wide and 10’3.25” High and have a 1.5 hour fire rating.
The lead post can prevent the door from closing if someone needs to go through. It can re-open a preset distance by applying light pressure to the lead post.
The Won-Door help designers meet code without taking up the space swing doors on magnetic hold take up. The facility staff like that they do not have to clean the hardware everyday and and are simple to test.
